The Energy Leadership Development System is a framework for personal development that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but also those with whom you interact. Energy Leadership has nothing to do with “physical energy,” it’s all about the “energy level you bring to life.” Your energy level does not refer to how much energy you have to do something, like going on a ten-mile bike ride or running a marathon. It refers to “the way you show up in life”—your thoughts, perceptions, and behaviors in any given moment and over time. The Energy Leadership framework outlines seven levels of energy —the bottom two levels are negative types of energy that are draining and tear us down. They can potentially be destructive to us and those around us if we resonate at the lower levels over a long period of time. The upper levels, three through seven, are positive, creative, productive, constructive, expanding, fueling, healing, and growth-oriented. Those are the energy levels that build us up. People who resonate at higher levels attract more positive things experiencing greater joy, peace, success and fulfillment.
